As an employer, you sure wouldn’t want to hire an unhealthy person whom you know that sooner or later will be not in attendance. Healthy workers will always be key to the success of the company in whatever it is they are doing.

The workers who are holistically in good condition are the ones who fits any the job. Being fit and being healthy are two different things yet they go hand-in-hand with each other for both are vital in being able to perform well and efficiently. Take for example a workplace where people are very occupied doing paper works, and on haste of meeting their deadline and having a frenzied schedule, they can’t afford even though having the knowledge of how important it is to be in condition for work, some employees take their health for granted, reasoning out that they are too busy with their jobs that they cannot even go to gym or even a leisure center or for a 30 minute saunter at the nearby park or even do some stretching early in the morning. Isn’t it frightning to think that because of lack of exercise, someday you won’t be able to take the stairs when you’re running late and that your place of work is in the 15th floor of the building when the elevator is not available?

Some workers even blame the time of their work shift such as those who work at call centers and other sort of job that has a nighttime shift. They say that since the only open establishments during the graveyard shifts are their office, fast-food chains (where most of the menus are (oil-rich) fried food, and convenient store that sell instant foods (that usually contain preservatives and artificial flavors), it is quite difficult to refrain from eating.

We know that for so many instances that being healthy and fit could be very helpful yet quite hard to attain but being “in pink”, it is not only for you alone but also to the firm you’re into. It wouldn’t hurt to spend a little time for breathing the clean air outside your office or the place where your name is always on call. Waking up a little earlier than the usual time will not be too much if you can perform some stretching and a minute of preparing your own healthy pack of food won’t be a waste of time.

It concerns self-awareness; it’s about being a responsible employee which is parallel to being responsible to your health. Being at your top will mean doing you’re your best so if you have the dream of receiving that “Employee of the Year Award”, you should start living healthier now and be settle in being healthy. After all it is your future career that is at risk so you should not let anything get on your way to success not even your own self.

Corpulence is rapidly becoming the key cause of ailment. If a human is 20% bigger than that individual’s weight limit, he or she is now considered obese. Our diet bring about obesity such as ingesting too much fat, carbohydrates and sugar as an illustration. Too much ingesting of these chow groups give our self a difficult time breaking down or burning down these foods. Once these stuff are not broken down, it will be maintained in our body and will turn into fats. Once retained in our muscles, we tend to get heavier, our muscles will be having a tough time carrying our body and our skeleton as well will have a tough time. What we need to do is to modify the way we consume and get into fitness strength training, why so? We need fitness education so as to break down the fats collected in our body in our blood areteries.

Years ago I was once obese and had a hard time doing tough, I had swelling of the heart, diabetes, hypertension. These circumstances are life threatening so I had to have fitness education, I for the best corporate fitness that can offer me fitness strength training as per doctors advice. If I hadn’t began my fitness strength training, I wouldn’t feel better; at the commencement of the course they made me use a various kinds of weights to be raised, I was waiting to use dumb-bells but they had a special one called kettle bells, these kettle bells are much more enjoyable to work with and painless. Ever since I launched my fitness strength training, I almost lost 100 lbs, I used to weigh 350 lbs. . With the fitness education I have now, a big thing has transformed, rather, it has transformed my life dramatically. I used to hold my breath merely bending over or just running to answer a phonecall.

People are now obsessed into a lifestyle of ingesting too much because fast food is ubiquitous, what we don’t know is that these cuisine are fried in lards which contains a lot of fat. humans should begin realizing that trying a healthy lifestyle is better than chowing into these foods often, I know it tastes great but we will soon understand once you start having indicators that I had; back pains, frequent urination due to diabetes, heart burn; you’ll meditate about it. Life is short; overweight or should I say everybody should have fitness education and if they have adequate money, employ a professional for your fitness strength training. If we can only see what’s inside our veins, all the built up fat that had been glued in there, gosh. The genuine regimen is not those fat burning medication or not consuming food at all; it is thru exercise, breaking down the calories that we take into our body. We can consume food all we fancy as long as we metabolize them thru proper workout.

For more information about Corporate Fitness and Fitness Strength Training, please visit Lavanda Elite’s website.

As I grew up, I got exposed to a variety of exercise and fitness methodologies, from Karate, to Training, to Aerobics, and many others. All of these fitness methods have experts endorsing them, describing in detail how they contribute positively to your fitness and physical condition. While browsing the net, I was introduced to some unusual exercise products. I say this because I am used to the traditional Barbell, Dumbbell, bench press, stationary bike, jumping rope, Lat Machine, etc. An example of such exercise equipment are Kettle Bells.

Here’s what Matt Wilson has to say regarding Kettle Bells: “Kettle Bells are the greatest training asset we possess, a blurb from 1917. But why? Kettle Bells are probably where the idea for high power stretch shortening cycle/ply-metrics originated. The sudden violent stretch followed by amortization to shortening. The Kettle Bell snatch is an upper body depth jump… The other calculation in Kettle Bell exercises would be Olympic weight lifting. Olympic lifting is rarely done for a high number of reps, whereas the Kettle Bells are. The range of movement in the Kettle Bell snatch travels more distance than in Olympic weight lifting due to the stretch between the legs breaking momentum in the amortization phase with Kettle Bells, in Olympic weight lifting the ground is the break.. This gives the kettle bell an advantage in range, duration (amortization breaking means there is no cessation of movement and that rest is only possible at the top of the movement when load is on the muscle). This is why the Kettle Bell is effective as a training tool.”

Looking at athletes who train with Kettle Bells, I have to say that it is required to have some sort of weight training experience before you should even try them or you’ll expose yourself to harm. The abrupt arm movements, seems to me, can extend and tear muscles excessively to the point of serious injury. I that they can even fracture your bones. As I’ve read in a few articles, you need an expert trainer to achieve the utmost effectiveness and safety when working out with Kettle Bells.

Nevertheless, if you’re a resolute athlete who requires both flexibility and power, these Kettle Bells can really give amazing results. I’m sure you’ll experience a lot of soreness after your workout, but as they say, “No pain, no gain.” I’ve watched from a website a certain routine in a video and it appears to me like it’s enjoyable to a certain extent. Unlike other strength building exercises, Kettle Bells allow you to move around.

I suppose that Kettle Bells would be terrific for weight lifters, wrestlers, boxers, gymnasts and swimmers. I’m sure there are a lot more sporting events where Kettle Bells would be a fantastic addition to training routines.

Throughout my youth, I was introduced to a numberof exercise and fitness disciplines, from Taekwondo, to Weights, to Aerobics, and a lot more. All of these fitness methods have experts endorsing them, describing in detail how they contribute positively to your fitness and physical condition. While browsing the net, I was introduced to some peculiar exercise products. I say this because I am used to the customary Barbell, Dumbbell, bench press, stationary bike, jumping rope, Lat Machine, etc. An example of such equipment are Kettle Bells.

Throughout my youth, I got exposed to a variety of exercise and fitness disciplines, from Taekwondo, to Training, to Aerobics, and a lot more. All of these fitness disciplines have experts endorsing them, explaining in detail how they contribute positively to your health and physical condition. While browsing the net, I was introduced to some unusual exercise products. I say this since I am used to the traditional Barbell, Dumbbell, bench press, stationary bike, jumping rope, Lat Machine, etc. An example of such exercise equipment are Kettle Bells.

This is what Matt Wilson has to say about Kettle Bells: “Kettle Bells are the greatest training asset we possess, a blurb from 1917.

Looking at the people who do Kettle Bells, I’d say that you need to have some sort of weight training background before you should even try them or you’ll expose yourself to harm. The abrupt arm movements, appears to me, can extend and tear muscles excessively to the point of grave injury. I believe that they can even crack your bones. As I’ve read in some blogs, you’ll need an expert instructor to gain the maximum effectiveness and safety when working out with Kettle Bells.

// <![CDATA[
ch_client = "chitikaprofit";
ch_type = "mpu";
ch_width = 500;
ch_height = 250;
ch_noborders = 1;
ch_color_title = "000099";
ch_color_site_link = "000099";
ch_non_contextual = 4;
ch_vertical ="premium";
ch_sid = "healthabs1";
var ch_queries = new Array( );
var ch_selected=Math.floor((Math.random()*ch_queries.length));
if ( ch_selected

Nevertheless, if you’re a serious athlete who requires both flexibility and strength, these Kettle Bells can really give wonderful results. I’m sure you’ll experience a lot of soreness after your sessions, but as they say, “No pain, no gain.” I’ve viewed from a website a certain exercise routine in a video and it seems like it’s pleasurable to a certain degree. Unlike other power building exercises, Kettle Bells allow you to move in a wide area.

I think that Kettle Bells are great for weight lifters, wrestlers, boxers, gymnasts and swimmers. I’m sure there are a lot more sporting events where Kettle Bells would be a great addition to training routines. For more information about Kettle Bells, please visit http://lavandaelite.com.

Girevoy Sport is the art of high repetition kettlebell lifting. It combines elements of Olympic weightlifting with power endurance sports such as rowing. The training is tremendously enriching as the methods satisfy requirements for an holistic fitness modality. The emphasis is on perfecting performance of a few key lifts – the Snatch, Jerk, and Long Cycle. Improvements require attention to correction of postural and other muscular imbalances common to our largely sedentary and/or inappropriately exercised population. Fortunately, the sport lifts themselves are inherently curative!

The lifts appear relatively easy but demand excellent flexibility, attention to efficient breathing patterns and mastery of tension and relaxation. With an emphasis on improving work capacity with safe, low impact training, the effects on the cardiovascular and respiratory systems are profound. Spinal health (symmetry, strength and endurance) is strongly emphasized. Appropriately trained gireviks possess great core strength and as the lifts are inherently prehabilitative , are rarely troubled by back, neck , shoulder or other joint pain.
To maximise results, the athlete must pay attention to compound strength movements such as the squat and press in their various guises, all the while emphasizing form over absolute number of repetitions. The sport requires development of special endurance i.e. the ability to recover between repetitions over a 10 minute period.

The methodology employs periodisation and building volume whilst waving the intensity level. Emphasis is placed on successful training sessions without training to the point of failure or exhaustion – something that invites injury. GS is remarkably injury free when performed under the prescribed principles.
No-one can fault the posture, general health , strength and stamina levels of the committed GS athlete. It is a rare sport where athletes are able to continue performing at an elite level into the 5th and 6th decades. This strongly suggests the methodology is soundly based, robustly proven, and extremely beneficial for long term health.

The sport lifts are inherently athletic, requiring mastery of compound movements and precise application of power. The combination of powerful, efficient and graceful plyometric and ballistic motions are instantly transfer to the majority of sports – and the improvements in cardiac output and breathing patterns are inestimable. And for those who are no longer to perform their chosen sport because of chronic injury, many will find girevoy sport methods deliver a novel, challenging but ultimately safe and highly effective means of maintaining whole body health.
